Innovative 50T Mobile Crushing Plant to Process Quartz Material

This month, one customer from the middle Asia area suddenly called one of AIMIX’s sales and requested an inquiry about crushing the quartz materials on-site. After communicating with him, our sale confirmed his final requirements. Let’s check them below.

Based on his requirements, our engineer has designed the 3D layout and flow chart pictures for the crushing plant for sale. To better match the requirements, AIMIX engineers also revised the crushing design plan many times and confirmed the configuration as follows.

Main Crusher Configuration Analytics

The finished product size needs to be produced by two-stage crushing. However, due to the uncertainty of the raw material site and storage capacity, it is proposed to use a combination of a mobile crusher plant.

• Jaw Crusher: Because the feeding size is smaller than 425 mm. Among all models of jaw crusher for sale, the APJ-5075E jaw crusher machine is the best choice because its maximum feeding size is also 425 mm, which can prefect match the requirements.
• Cone Crusher: For the secondary crushing stage, we adopt the APC-900Y cone crusher. Because the output size of APC-900Y is about 3 mm to 50 mm. In addition, according to the different cavity types, it can process the materials into three ranges, including 15-50mm, 5-20 mm, and 3-13mm. The output size ranges can meet the requirements of 0-20-40mm.
