Components of stationary concrete batching plant
1. The batching machine: It is mainly used for weighing the aggregate according to the ratio. The batching machine can be divided into individual weighing and centralized weighing.
2. Mixer machine: Our Aimix mixer machine is twin shaft mixer machine. This machine has good mixing capability, which can produce high quality concrete.
3. Cement silo: It is mainly used for storing the cement. Cement silo has different capacity you can choose, 3ot, 50t, 80t, 100t, 150t, 200t, 300t, etc.
4. Control room: There are two types of control system, fully automatic type and semi automatic type. Choose a suitable type according to your needs.
